These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop Boxli.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order through a confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF). Due to the small business regulation under Swiss law, no value-added tax is shown.

The following payment methods are available:

Apple Pay / Google Pay

Prepayment

Delivery will take place after receipt of payment.

5. Shipping

We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Delivery time is usually 1-5 business days.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

Opened, used, or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights of Switzerland apply.

We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. For simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

10. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Meilen (Canton Zurich).
