What makes Boxly special?
Boxli is no ordinary gift basket. The products are carefully selected and hand-packed in a wooden box. It is opened with the small crowbar that comes with every box.
How do you open the box?
Simply use the included crowbar. Opening it is part of the experience and makes the gift even more special.
Is the crowbar with us?
Yes, each Boxli comes with a matching crowbar.
Is every Boxli packed by hand?
Yes. Every Boxli is personally curated by us and packed by hand. We make sure that everything is beautifully presented and securely prepared for shipping.
Where does the wooden box come from?
Our wooden boxes are made in Switzerland from solid fir wood from the Napf region. They are an important part of the gift and make each Boxli special.
How are the products selected?
We carefully select each product. Quality, taste, design, and whether the product really suits the respective box are important to us.
Is the box already gift-wrapped?
Yes. The Boxli arrives fully prepared for the recipient. You don't need to wrap anything extra and can give or send it directly.
Can I send the box directly to the recipient?
Yes. You can simply provide the recipient's address when ordering. We will take care of the packaging and shipping.
Is there an invoice in the package?
No. There are no prices or invoices included in the package. If you require an invoice, we will gladly send it to you online upon request.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
Can I put together my own box?
Yes. You can either choose one of our pre-made boxes or put together a box according to your own preferences.
What happens if a product is unavailable?
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will replace it with a suitable and equivalent alternative.
